Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


How to Request a Return

2. We will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.

3. You will receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

4. Ship the item back within 36 days of receiving the return label.

5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

-  If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping.

 - If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Refund Processing

-  Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

-  If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.


Non-Returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned, including:

-  Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

- Custom/personalized items.

- Personal care products (beauty, hygiene).

- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases).
